The sole remedy under the Ocugiene Satisfaction Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is limited to a full refund for the price of the product.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser, and one product per household.
